Electra Mining Africa 2026 is a wrap, and what a week it was. Five days on the floor at Nasrec, a brand new stand, a full team and a steady stream of conversations with the people who keep Africa’s mines, fleets and plants running. Here is a look back at the highlights.

A New Stand for a Growing Business

This year we unveiled our new stand on K10, built around the tools and the industries we serve: mining, OTR, power generation, oil and gas, and renewables. Front and centre were our calibration, audit and lifting equipment services, alongside the full RAD Torque Systems Africa range.

We are proud of how it came together, and even prouder of the team who worked it from the first morning to the last handshake.

RAD Torque Systems Canada on the Ground

A big highlight was having the team from RAD Torque Systems Canada out with us in Johannesburg. Having the people who design and build the tools standing next to our customers made for some great conversations, and it showed just how closely we work together as RAD Africa, Powered by Titeforce.

Old Friends and New Faces

We met old and new customers alike. It was great to catch up with long-standing clients face to face, and just as rewarding to shake hands with new ones who came to see what the fuss was about.

The best part? Hearing how our tool systems are being used in the wild. From wheel nuts on haul trucks to critical bolted joints in plants and workshops, the feedback on how well the tools are performing, and how well they have been received by crews on site, was genuinely encouraging.

Hands-On with the Tools

Nothing beats picking up a tool and feeling it work. Visitors got hands-on with:

B-RAD Xtreme: battery power with torque up to 15,000 Nm, demonstrated live on a torque test bench.
RAD Pneumatic: pneumatic power, built for mining.
OTR and mining reaction arms: heavy-duty wheel nut wrenches and custom reaction solutions for the biggest machines on site.
E-RAD Live: running on the big screen on K10.

Growth Across the Industry

It was also great to see the growth amongst our clients and fellow exhibitors. Bigger stands, new products and busy aisles all point to a sector that is investing and moving forward. That is very encouraging for everyone in the industry, and we are glad to be part of it.
